    Our services include an Initial Fee (for your credit report and consultation), a Setup Fee, an Installment Fee, and Monthly Fees. We never charge for services until after they are complete.

    Initial Fee covers the following services:
    • Photocopy or other facsimile of your credit report
    • Authorizing review of credit profile from any national credit bureau
    • Authorization of financial institutions and creditors to release credit information as required
    • Full FICO Consultation (30 min - 2 hours)

    Set up Fee covers is refundable within five days and covers the following services:
    • Detailed explanation of how credit repair is conducted
    • Analysis of your credit rating and development of a customized strategy on how to properly dispute/correct derogatories
    • Set up in Dispute Suite for the lifetime of your membership to track the progress of your disputes.
    • Preparation of entire first round dispute correspondence to all three bureaus on your behalf

    Installation Fee is refundable within five days and covers the following services:
    • Covers the first 60 days of the credit repair process
    • Collection of consumer documents
    • Ongoing case tracking/progress
    • Round 2 and/or 3 of correspondence with all three bureaus

    Monthly fee is charged no earlier than 60 days after the Initial Setup Fee and is billed continuously in 30 day intervals until notice of cancellation or case completion. Services include:
    • Ongoing preparing of monthly dispute correspondence to the Credit Bureaus on your behalf
    • Mailing costs
    • Unlimited internal support, including modification to billing schedule, constant email correspondence, update to personal information, etc.
    • Additional custom Dispute Letters, where necessary, including, but not limited to: Disputes on hard inquiries, additional derogatory accounts and Public Records, and personal data
  • When are charges authorized? Open or Close

    We pride ourselves on abiding by all federal regulations and are compliant with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). This means we never charge for services until they are complete. You have five days to cancel an authorization.

    Within the first three days of enrolling in credit repair with Park View Credit, all work on your initial disputes will be performed. Only then will your Set Up fee be authorized.

    Your Installation Fee, which covers service for the first 60 days, will be charged in 1-3 installments to accommodate you. The timing of the charges will be coordinated between you and your FICO analyst and is dependent on the duration of your case. It will only be charged in arrears.

    The Monthly Fee is charged no earlier than 60 days after the Initial Setup Fee and is billed continuously in 30 day intervals until notice of cancellation or case completion.
